Operations Officer, Automotive Finance Fulfillment

**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

Our RBC Automotive Finance Fulfilment team under Canadian Banking Operations business is looking for Operations Officer, available to work any time between Monday to Saturday from 8:00AM to 9:00PM (EST).

In this role, you will be responsible for verifying auto finance documentation and using various RBC systems to process and book auto deals. You will be responsible to provide services to our clients and dealers nationally, and be available to support our Dealers & Sales Partners handling inbound & outbound calls.

Hybrid work arrangement available

Please note: This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts during the hours of operation Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

**What will you do?**
- Process moderately complex client transactions for new funding of personal and consumer deals including Express deals. Agent will be responsible for processing change requests (out of orders) and provide phone support
- Take full accountability for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, tasks and activities ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency and effectiveness and operational risk and compliance
- Process work volumes as measured through established Service Lending Agreement (SLAs)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Exercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Strong logic, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to Listen, Understand and Respond in a professional manner at all times
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive in a continuous learning environment

**Nice to have**
- Prior loan fulfillment experience
- Prior call center experience
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
