As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Automotive Deal Clerk for Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.**

**Position Overview**

As an Automotive Deal Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing all new, demo and pre-owned vehicle sales deals for Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Working out of our head office in Aurora, you will collaborate closely with our dealership sales team, accounting, and management to ensure all deals are compliant, complete, and processed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process new and used vehicle deals, verifying all required documentation.
- Post transactions into the dealership management system (CDK or equivalent).
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC, lender, and manufacturer requirements.
- Prepare and submit deal packages to lenders for funding in a timely manner.
- Reconcile paperwork and maintain accurate deal records for audits.
- Communicate with the sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. Support the accounting and administration departments with additional duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of automotive administration or deal processing experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with CDK (asset).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). OMVIC certification or previous dealership experience considered an asset.
