We are currently seeking a Process Control Analyst to join our team at our National Distribution Center located in Belleville, Ontario.

**Main Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provides reporting of KPI's to Operations and DC Manager and regional leads as required.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.
- In conjunction with DC Managers, create a strong Community of Practice for local and regional areas of focus.
- Facilitates KPI-driven culture to enable a successful execution of the DC objectives.
- Support the development of reporting and controlling tools in alignment with overall leadership needs and initiatives.
- Participates in regional programs to raise synergy potentials within the DC teams (reporting tools, planning tools, etc.)
- Provide support to Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team on DC related initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of workflow and process control software an asset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
