Food Process Operator

OverviewJoin our team as a Food Process Operator at our Belleville, Ontario facility. In this full-time, hourly role, you’ll support the safe and efficient production of high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated production equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.Perform routine quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers.Follow sanitation, GMP, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.Accurately document production data and communicate effectively across shifts.Work collaboratively within a team to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Experience in a production or food processing environment.Ability to work 12 shifts and rotate every two weeks from day to night which will include weekends and holidaysStrong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.Effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset.Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including environments that may be hot, humid, wet/slippery, or dusty.Preferred QualificationsCollege Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Technology, or completion of a Food Process Operator Apprenticeship Program.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.Familiarity with basic equipment operation and maintenance.Salary Range: $31.43 per hourBenefitsAt WK Kellogg Co, our success depends on our most vital asset — our people.
