**Construction Site Supervisor - Rebuild Team**

Century West Disaster Restoration Ltd. offers full-service insurance restoration contracting, 24/7 emergency response and renovations services. We have an exciting opportunity available as a Construction Site Supervisor for an individual seeking a role in a fast-paced growing environment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Construction Manager the Site Supervisor is responsible to ensure that the field work for customer projects is completed on time and with the quality that meets our clients’ expectations and within the approved fees.

Key Responsibilities
- Job management including scheduling trades and employees.
- Directing the work of subcontractors and employees.
- Ensure jobs remain on time to completion.
- Purchasing and ordering building materials.
- Cost Control to ensure projects do not go over budget.
- Site inspections.
- Report changes in scope.
- Ensuring safe work practices on site.
- Communications with clients and employees and project managers.
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance co-ordination.

Qualifications and skills
- Journeyman carpenter or apprentice level 4.
- Organization skills to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines on projects.
- Technology literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Xactimate would be an asset.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Century West offers a competitive salary and benefits plan. Salary will be based on experience.

How to Apply

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- construction: 2 years (required)

- Class 5 Licence (required)
