**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**(OPEN AND CLOSE BUILDING AND MAINTAIN SAFE AND COOPERATIVE TEAM TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS AND TEAM)**
- Oversee AND PERFORM the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient handling of goods.
- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and reduce inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and oversee health and safety procedures, ensuring the workplace meets legal and company safety standards.
- Develop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze data to improve productivity and efficiency.
- (Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory requirements.)
- Handle any issues related to damage, shortages, or other discrepancies in incoming or outgoing goods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with lean warehousing techniques.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
