**What will your role be as a manager at our Moncton store?**

You will be the person who sees to the good general functioning of the store. You will be the reference person for all employees. You will ensure that sales objectives are met within the established time budget. You will ensure that health and safety regulations, company policies, customer service quality and staff training are respected and complied with.

**What will your main responsibilities be?**
- Prioritize and plan tasks
- Coach and motivate staff for effective management
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Establish schedules within the established time budget
- Ensure that instructions from management are respected and complied with
- Ensure quality in visual presentation
- Recruit staff as needed
- Foster a stimulating and dynamic environment
- Ensure compliance and consistent implementation of policies and procedures
- Know the different tasks of each position

**You have the following skills and competences?**
- Billingual ( french and english)
- 5 years experience in a similar position - large surface store an asset
- Rigorous management
- Autonomous and proactive
- Customer service oriented
- Interest in fashion and decoration
- Goal oriented
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up
- Ability for teamwork
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

**Salary**: To be discussed
**Weekly hours**: 40-44 hours
**Availability**: daytime, 1 evening/week, 1 weekend out of 3
**Starting date**: As soon as possible
