About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, drive results, and grow together with a dynamic company.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations and sales performance
  • Manage stock, merchandising, and supplier relations
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Handle customer issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Retail or grocery management experience is an asset
  • Confident PC user (POS/inventory systems a plus)
  • Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
