**What you will do here**
- Maintain and repair Multi Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
- Perform on-site service of MFPs
- Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
- Responsible to learn new technologies
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Assist other team members as required
- 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers
- 95% - break-fix and customer support- Understands territory parts budget and inventory control
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

**What you will bring to the table**:

- High school education or equivalent with 1 - 3 years experience maintaining and repairing MFPs and resolving customer printing issues- Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
- Microsoft OS peer to peer and client side of server environments
- understanding of core solutions portfolio
- Knowledgeable and certified on office product line
- Working knowledge of basic colour theory and RIP configurations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Great problem solving skills requiring limited assistance
- Positive, outgoing, self motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations
- Travel within assigned territory within Canada and US required
- Required to maintain valid travel documents
- Own a vehicle in good working order and possess valid automobile insurance with appropriate coverage
- Standby and afterhours work may be required
- Achievement of Professional Level Certification, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+ or equivalent experience
