**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping.
- Utilize ERP systems and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and streamline operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Analyze data related to warehouse performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments to foster a collaborative work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows.
- Familiarity with SAP and AS400 systems for inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with prior supervising experience in a warehouse setting.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of 3PL operations, e-commerce logistics, and customer service best practices.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical demands associated with warehouse work.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform data analysis related to inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and process efficiency metrics. Pay: $18.76-$25.81 per hour
