**The Nitty Gritty**SHIPHYPE is an eCommerce 3PL (third-party logistics) company based out of Toronto, Canada with warehouses located in Ontario and British Columbia in Canada, and California and New Jersey in USA. We provide fulfillment services to eCommerce brands. What does that mean? We store and ship products out of our warehouses for brands that are growing fast. Our clients consist of eCommerce businesses selling on online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon etc. We currently have over 25 employees across 4 locations.

Right now, we're looking to add an efficient and energetic **Full-time Warehouse Lead** to our crew
This is a job where there's A LOT of teamwork and back-and-forth communication. Communication is the #1 skill we're looking for. Everything else, you'll learn as you go
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Flexible availability, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends are required)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs, sometimes heavier (sometimes we get a lot of heavy shipments)
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- A few years of working in a customer service role
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace (Doc, Sheets, Meets, Drive, etc.)
- High level of competency and adaptability with our developing processes and workflows
- Growth mindset and leadership-oriented (Come grow with us)
- Knowledge of how to use Basecamp is an asset (If you love Basecamp, we can relate We're avid fans)
**A Peek into What Your Day Will Look Like**:
There's no shortage of things to do, but here are some key tasks we do on a daily basis
- Completion of tasks assigned by Account Managers
- Managing, prioritizing and assigning work based on workload and customer requirements.
- Effectively written and verbal communication with other team members
- Reporting inbound shipments to Inbound Manager
- Accurately picking and packing orders
- Printing and labeling necessary shipping and customs documents
- Running internal investigations, as-needed
- Ensuring accuracy of all information
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures in addition to health product and department
- Maintaining an organized and exact inventory count
- Preparing outbound shipments
- And more
