**Job Title**: Landscaping Foreman - Hardscaping and softscaping Expert

**Location**:South Surrey/White Rock/Langley, BC

**Compensation**: $29 - $35/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to join us and play a key role in shaping our future success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team to complete high-quality landscaping projects in South Surrey, White Rock, and Langley.
- Perform and oversee hardscaping tasks, including retaining walls, paving stone installations, and custom designs.
- Manage softscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and irrigation system installations.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mini excavators, trucks, and power tools.
- Interpret project plans and layouts, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.
- Build relationships with clients through clear communication and professionalism.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, with expertise in hardscaping and softscaping.
- Proven leadership experience in managing landscaping teams.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Class 5 valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
