Surrey, Canada Maple Landscaping Ltd. Full time

Maple Landscaping Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who can step in and support all aspects of our landscaping and hardscaping projects — from backyard makeovers to flower beds, fence builds, and power washing services.

We need a jack-of-all-trades who can handle everything from cutting grass to building retaining wall steps, laying pavers, and working with wood ties. You’ll be working alongside an experienced crew and our foreman, but we’re looking for someone independent enough to eventually handle jobs on their own or lead small projects when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and install retaining walls, steps, and flower beds (wood tie + block)
- Assist with paver installation (driveways, patios, sidewalks)
- Operate power washers for surface cleaning and sealing
- Perform grass cutting, edging, and property maintenance
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
- Take direction from the foreman and communicate with the team
- Occasionally pick up materials or tools as needed

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Experience in landscaping or construction is a major asset
- Familiar with basic tools and equipment (e.g., saws, trimmers, compactors)
- Must be punctual, dependable, and take pride in quality work
- Driver’s license is a bonus but not required

Pay: $20/hour to start, with potential for raises based on performance and reliability.
