Join a growing company that values your expertise and passion for landscaping **Job Summary**: Celtic Landscaping and Design is seeking a skilled and motivated **Landscape Foreman** to lead our crews and ensure the delivery of top-tier landscaping services. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a vital role in managing a team, maintaining client properties, and ensuring high-quality results. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and oversee a landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. - Perform and delegate various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and hardscape maintenance. - Ensure proper and safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment. - Maintain a positive and productive team environment with a "can-do" attitude. - Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and ensure safety protocols are followed. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction. - Perform basic equipment maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues. - Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field (foreman/supervisory experience preferred). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices. - Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods (must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly). - Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment is an asset. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Valid driver’s license (required). **Why Join Celtic Landscaping and Design?** - Competitive pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience). - Full-time, 35-45 hours/week with opportunities for overtime pay. - Comprehensive benefits, including: - Dental care - Extended health care - Company events to promote team bonding - Monday to Friday schedule for a great work-life balance. - Opportunities for career growth within a supportive and professional team. **Location**: Fraser Valley - Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work. **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred). **Experience**: - Landscape maintenance: 2-5 years (preferred). **Language**: - English (preferred). **Licence/Certification**: - Valid Driver’s License (required).
