**Job Summary**

The Retail Customer Service Specialist will perform the following:

- Promote Sales to existing Clients
- Identify and Solicit potential Clients
- Provide Clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products
- Keep the store, store front, shelves and displays clean and organized
- Re-stock products sold
- Report out of stock products to the Store Manager and/or Inventory Manager
- Redirect customer concerns to the Store Manager if you are unable to resolve them yourself
- Conduct sales transactions through an internet-based E-commerce platform and POS
- Assist with Social Media

- Passionate and knowledgeable about cigars, pipes and tobacco
- Experience in inventory management
- Experience in E-commerce fulfillment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
