**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Enter and update customer information in the company database
- Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
Pay: $15.65-$26.60 per hour
