We are seeking a **dynamic and customer-focused IHG Hotel Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor** to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

In this dual role, responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities. As the Night Auditor, additional duties involve completing end-of-day financial reporting, running audit procedures, assisting with shuttle service when required, and overseeing the security and operations of the hotel premises during overnight hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests upon their arrival and check in/out guests
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide hotel information, local directions, and recommendations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Performs Night Audit duties, Reconcile daily financial transactions (room charges, payments, POS sales), Generate end-of-day reports (revenue, occupancy, etc.)
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knows daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the Front Office Manager or General Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Do shuttle service run if needed be

**Skills**:

- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Experience with the hotel reservation software Hotel Key is a plus.
- Experience with Gmail and other Office software
- Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit card and cash handling policies and procedures. Able to properly secure guest information.
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Engaging and Professional Customer Service Attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills toward the public, hotel staff and management

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
