Thank you. per se Social Corner is looking for a Bartender to join our experienced team. We are a very busy restaurant that usually has lineups at our door on any given night. Someone who understands that the drinks and food we offer and service we give, is a part of the journey to our story. We want someone who believes in communication, teamwork and punctuality. We love the energetic and positive attitude that our team has and we want someone who fits in and adds to it. No drama. We run a small team here that TIP POOLS, so accountability and reliability are necessary. Someone who brings their " A Game" each and every shift. They want to get better and encourage their fellow co-workers to do the same. They add to the team We need someone who understands true guest hospitality and what that entails. Possessing a strong knowledge of food & beverage service & takes great pride in their work. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard. We'd love to hear from you. **We ask for OPEN AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS & MONDAYS - some brunches / but mostly nights Must be able to work full time (min 4 shifts). Must have at least 3yrs bartender experience in a high-volume BC Canada UPPER CASUAL and or FINE DINING establishment - PLEASE NOTE: ALL our bartenders are cross-trained to serve here. Must have knowledge of cocktails, bar service (we are heavy on cocktails especially classic ones) We have a very busy bar / cocktail program. **MUST have service knowledge and experience in a BC Canada UPPER CASUAL and or FINE DINING establishment (ALL our bartenders take turn serving floor sections) Must be a team player & function well under stress Must be eligible to work in Canada Must live downtown Vancouver or very close to downtown by transit Bartender certificate requested Wine knowledge and certification (ex. WSET, CMS, CAPS, ISG) would be an asset **Requirements**: - VALID Serving It Right - Squirrel knowledge is a bonus - VALID SIN # or an UPDATED SIN # - BONUS: Wine knowledge and certification (ex. WSET, CMS, CAPS, ISG) would be an asset
