Bambini is in search of an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in the Edmonton and St. Albert area. As a Social Media Specialist, you will plan, capture, and lead social campaigns on key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Editing and written commentary desicribing our holistic activities and community events are also required. To be successful in this role, you should have strong understanding of the Bambini brand, experience creating video and photo content, using social medial, and have a strong passion for storytelling.

A newer phone and/or DLSR camera is required as well.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in a paid social marketing role, either agency or client-side
- An outgoing, friendly personality including welcoming interactions with our children and families at all events
- Newer iphone or android and/or a high quality DSLR camera
- Very strong understanding of Bambini's branding
- Exceptional videography and photography skills
- Experience defining and measuring short and long-term marketing success across paid social, and have a strong passion for storytelling.
- Strong expertise of social platforms (Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Expertise in targeting/optimization levers & testing approaches across social buying platforms
- Experience building strategic custom plans to reach target audiences and deliver media objectives
- Strong data analyzation, visualization and presentation skills; understanding of how to tailor communications to stakeholders with various levels of digital media literacy
- Confirmed ability to build close relationships within and across teams
- A passion and curiosity for digital media
- Excellent social, oral and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
