Join our dynamic team at Endura Manufacturing We manufacture industrial paints and coatings that are used in various industries, such as trucking, oil field, marine, aviation, and architecture.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to drive the creation of exceptional videos for training and marketing, as well as documenting our side business of building and customizing performance cars. We’ve competed in international motorsports events such as the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

You will also be involved in managing compelling social media campaigns for platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

**Position Overview**

As a **Videographer & Social Media Specialist**, you will lead the production of attention-grabbing videos executing effective social media strategies. You’ll collaborate with an experienced internal team that has a technical background in paint and cars.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Content Creation & Editing**:

- Produce compelling short and long-form videos
- Film and edit mobile-friendly, organic-style video content for social media reels.
- Integrate B-roll footage, sound transitions, captions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.

**Social Media Management**:

- Write clear, compelling social media posts tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media scheduling tools.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and implement them into strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Creative Development**:

- Assist with storyboarding and conceptualizing video and marketing materials.
- Create and maintain a cohesive brand look across video and digital assets.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all projects.

**Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise**

**Required**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in video production and editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and social media content that drive performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft engaging posts tailored to various audiences.
- Knowledge of social media tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel

**Preferred**:

- A keen interest in cars
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., After Effects).
- A background in creative design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
