**About the Role**
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Build great connections by working closely with our Haulage and Land Application teams, clients, and internal departments to keep communication flowing and projects running smoothly.
- Keep projects on track by helping plan, organize, and document key details
- Coordinate and share updates, making sure teams, managers, and departments like Finance and HR have what they need.
- Spot and solve challenges flagging scheduling issues, process changes, or project concerns early, and help find solutions that keep everything moving forward.
- Be the go-to support handling key admin tasks, troubleshoot field or haulage team needs, and assist with safety training and record-keeping.
- Help plan and maintain quality to support resource planning and ensure projects meet our performance goals and client expectations.
**About You**
- Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and adapt to changes as needed;
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment;
- Experience with e-Log systems an asset;
