**Marketing Assistant**

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to work with our Marketing Team by assisting with coordinating and creating both internal and external marketing initiatives and program materials to support our School Board Liaison group. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to the School Board Liaisons.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Community college diploma in Marketing or Business Management/Administration
- Some administration or marketing assistant experience an asset
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent planning and time management skills while working independently and with ambiguity
- Enjoy analyzing campaign data and adjusting tactics based on this information
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Bilingual, English-French considered an asset

**Adjointe ou adjoint au marketing**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une adjointe ou d’un adjoint au marketing dynamique qui travaillera avec l’équipe du marketing en aidant à coordonner et à créer des initiatives de marketing internes et externes et du matériel de programme pour soutenir l’équipe de liaison avec les commissions scolaires. Le ou la titulaire du poste fournira également un soutien administratif aux responsables de liaison avec les commissions scolaires.

**Exigences et qualification**
- Diplôme collégial en marketing ou en administration des affaires/administration
- Une expérience à titre d’adjointe ou d’adjoint à l’administration ou au marketing serait un atout
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision
- Attention exceptionnelle aux détails, excellentes compétences en matière de planification et de gestion du temps et capacité de travailler de manière autonome et dans l’ambiguïté
- Aimer analyser les données des campagnes et corriger les tactiques en fonction de ces informations
- Bonne compréhension des plateformes de médias sociaux
- Le bilinguisme, anglais-français sera considéré comme un atout
