**Job Title**: Student Counselor & Marketing Assistant (Spanish Speaker)

**Location**: London, Ontario, Canada

**Job Type**: Part-time (eventually full time in 6-12 months)

We are looking for a passionate and bilingual Student Counselor & Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Provide academic and personal counseling to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
- Assist students in understanding and adjusting to the cultural differences and educational system in Canada.
- Assist and development students activities
- Support students with program selection.
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate resources and referrals.
- Develop and conduct orientation sessions and workshops for new and current students.
- Performance communication with student's parents

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate and participate in events, such as campus tours, open houses and summer camp.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Communication and follow up support with new leads

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in student counseling or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience with social media management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software is a plus.
