**Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
**Position Summary**
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for processing and analyzing sales reports for new products, costs reports for company events, and updating promotional content as needed. They will assist in the creation, design and distribution of catalogues, booklets and other promotional content.
The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for assisting in the planning, promotion and execution of company-wide events for our valued employees and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process sales reports and internal reports as needed
- Analyze event costs and provide reports on findings
- Work with Sales Representatives to complete customer promotional updates using Excel
- Assist with the organization and execution of company events for customers and employees
- Assist with the management of multiple social media accounts
- Maintain, design, print and ship internal parts catalogues and trade show booklets
- Manage the distribution of printed catalogues to the store locations
- Analyze sales volumes of new products using the company’s ERP system (CAPP)
- Work with various departments to maintain up-to-date product listing in our internal catalogues
- Conduct thorough audits of new product lines and compare with internal catalogues to identify products not listed
- Assist with the creation of race event programs, itineraries and other print or digital media
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork with the office staff, clients and management team to maintain efficient business operations
- Additional duties assigned by the management team
**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient computer skills (data entry, web navigation, online research, online database usage, typing, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite is an asset (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)
- Knowledge or experience in the automotive racing industry is an asset
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measure
- High level of professionalism
- Positive attitude with a flexible mindset
- Health & safety-conscious (e.g. practice good hand hygiene and proper office ergonomics)
- Accountability and dependability
- Time management skills and prioritization skills with a deadline-oriented mindset
- Excellent ability to work independently and as a team
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with new practices and change
- Ability to understand, respond to and work with a diverse population
- A valid G Driver’s Licence and a clean driver’s abstract is an asset (for travelling to marketing events)
