**Hourly Rate: $28.00 Hourly ($26.00 wage + $2.00 hourly Afternoon Shift premium)**

**Shift Time: 2:00PM - 10:00PM at our Chambly location.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- All aspects of CIPP preparation, to include: staging, wrapping, loading, stacking and fastening CIPP liner into the back of the transport vehicle.
- Under the direction and guidance of the Wetout Supervisor, works with, coordinates and guides Wetout Labourers in the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.
- Mentor and develop other employees within their crews on specific equipment and or processes in the wetout process.
- Responsible for aspects of CIPP preparation, to include: staging, wrapping, loading, stacking and fastening CIPP liner into the back of the transport vehicle.
- Using fork lift to bring liner into the shop to prepare.
- Catalyst Mixing, Using static mixers for dispensing, Gel testing
- Wet out tube in a safe and effective manner using a winch, truck, Left truck other Nip roller appropriate equipment
- loading wet tube in truck totes conveyor trailer, preparing samples
- Assists with preventative maintenance and minor repairs on mixers, pumps and wetout lines.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and coordinate with Wetout Supervisor to maintain an accurate inventory of materials. Maintain an inventory of spare parts for facility equipment.
- Ensure material and equipment is stocked and ready for use.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, work areas and equipment
- Employees comply with all government and corporate safety procedures and ensure staff compliance.
- Work effectively with supervisor and all members of the Crew to ensure successful Wetout process.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in an industrial or construction environment an asset.
- Experience working in a physical labour position preferred.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, crouch, reach with hands and arms and stoop
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to work overtime
- First Aid, Forklift, TDG, Confined Space and WHIMIS Certificates an asset
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
