Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 1000 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participation in the Company’s Safety Management system.
- Overseeing the production of crew pairings to optimise crew member efficiency.
- Overseeing the production of all crew schedules to cover planned flights, vacations, and training requirements.
- Assessing the impact of future training, vacations, and leave of absences on staffing requirements.
- Identifying training priorities with the chief pilots/chief flight attendant.
- Overseeing the publication of crew schedules.
- Developing and maintaining crew planning standard operating procedures and training.
- Development and upkeep of the procedure manual.
- Holding regular meetings with relevant department managers to discuss planning issues which may affect their operations.
- Informing the Operational Control Manager and Lead Crew Scheduler of the context of each future block.
- Any other duties assigned by the Director of Flight Operation

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Experience in crew management;
- Aptitude to manage employees;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to adapt rapidly to change;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capacity;
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, dynamism, and leadership;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work with various software, including MS;
- Knowledge of AIMS system is an asset.

**REMUNERATION**
