Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 1000 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in the company’s Safety Management System;
- Ensure that the crew member collective agreement stipulations and Transport-Canada regulations are applied to the schedule;
- Develop and maintain the crew scheduling procedure manual;
- Supervise, coach, and train the crew scheduling agents;
- Quality control travel and accommodation reservations for crew members;
- Follow up with various departments and collaborate closely with Crew Planning;
- Perform duties as a Crew Scheduler (as required);
- Perform any other duties assigned by the OCC Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Experience in crew management;
- Aptitude to manage employees;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to adapt rapidly to change;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capacity;
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, dynamism, and leadership;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work with various software, including MS;
- Knowledge of AIMS system is an asset.

**REMUNERATION**
