**What will you be doing at Pacific West Mechanical as a Service Coordinator?**

The Service Coordinator is overseen by a Service Manager who will delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the Service Coordinators are meeting and exceeding expectations in their role. See below for a snapshot of what you will be doing as a Service Coordinator at Pacific West Mechanical.

**This role is a key customer service position in the company and would be a great match for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, likes variety in their day, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.**
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians ensure that they have the right tools / equipment and parts required for the job along with access arranged and notices to clients provided.
- Ensure the right technician is assigned to the right job based on skill set and including jobs required for training and development plans established by Project Managers.
- Client communication for notices and access that is professional, timely, and accurate.
- Coordinate materials and parts pickup dropoff in the most efficient manner ensuring mínimal stops and efficient routing between jobs.
- Tool / equipment sign-in/out and repairs coordinated.
- Schedule subcontractors as required.
- Making sure the technicians get their full 8 hours.
- Provide feedback to your Service Manager to improve internal processes.
- Expect requests outside of the above primary responsibilities.

**Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities**
- 1+ year in related dispatch/ service operation position
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry is a benefit
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborative team member
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn new systems as needed.
- Ability to confidently handle complex situations and customer concerns in a professional manner at all times.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
- Ability to prioritize daily interruptions

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
