**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Create budgets and forecasts
- Ability to assess team needs and provide mentorship
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a service based industry
- Experience managing, motivating and mentoring teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
