We are a wholesale bakery specializing in macarons. We are also a distributor of many other products, such as LIDIA pasta and sauces, cannoli shells, Italian pastries, etc.

We are looking to add an assistant baker to our team We make macarons daily and ice cream cakes a few times a week. Please note that this is a PERMANENT position with around 32-40 hours/week. This is NOT a seasonal position.

Duties include:

- weighing ingredients
- mixing macaron batter and piping macarons
- matching, filling, and packing macarons
- packing orders
- making ice cream cakes
- cleaning and helping out with whatever is required

Hours: Mon-Fri from 9am
- around 3:30-4pm; rarely weekends. Pay starts at $17.50 an hour, and will increase with experience.
