Winnipeg Hyundai is looking for a Full time Receptionist/ Social Media Coordinator

This is an entry-level administrative position that requires someone with keen attention to detail, an aptitude for social media, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include:

- Answering general phone inquiries
- Phone log tracking
- Greeting and assisting guests in the dealership
- Light cleaning duties of Coffee Bistro
- Posting content to all social media outlets
- Management of the Winnipeg Hyundai website
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow written and verbal direction
- Friendly demeanor, as you are the greeting face of the dealership
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Knowledge of social media platforms and creating/ managing content

Shift details: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Front desk/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
