Reporting to the Manager, Compliance Assurance & Privacy, the Compliance Risk Analyst will primarily support the delivery of a robust Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program, including ancillary support to the Company's Operational Risk Management (ORM) Program.

Collaborating with Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management teams, the Compliance Risk Analyst will primarily support the fostering of strong partnership across the organization's business units to strategically identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks under the RCM Program and the enhancement of the Company's operational resilience under the ORM Program.

**What will you do?**
- Support the development, documentation and implementation of compliance and enterprise risk management programs
- Support the monitoring and testing of compliance controls, evaluating their design an operating effectiveness
- Maintain the central repository and solicit updates from business units on KPIs, KRIs, events, mitigation plans
- Provide support to the Privacy and Ombudsman Offices, serving as a liaison resource and fielding inquiries from policyholders
- Establish, build, and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, promoting a compliance-aware culture
- Special projects and other duties as required.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- 3 years of Regulatory Compliance or Risk Management is required
- 3 to 5 years of Financial Service experience is preferred
- College diploma or University degree in Finance, Business Admin, legal or Public Policy required
- CIP, CIPP or CRM preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time. Able to communicate clearly in a confident, courteous, and professional manner.
