Dual reporting to the Director, Finance Strategy & Transformation and to the Director of Investments, the Investment Analyst will be actively involved in supporting all aspects of the investment, reporting, on-boarding and funding process including performance monitoring and risk management across our Corporate, Pension and Foundation mandates. In addition, the Analyst will provide ad-hoc support with research and due diligence for prospective investment opportunities.

**What will you do?**
- Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly performance calculations and reconciliations
- Act as primary liaison with our custodian and various investment managers regarding the completeness and accuracy of custodial performance and risk records
- Maintain internal databases and reports and assist with the accuracy, development, and enhancement of third-party performance and risk systems
- Support senior team members in monitoring external investment managers and reviewing reports
- Review and confirm investment manager compliance within their respective mandates and constraints
- Monitor industry trends and evaluations across public and private asset classes, conduct special research projects as needed
- Monitor the company's cash management to ensure liquidity is maintained for capital calls, plan expenses, and benefit payments
- Contribute to progressing due diligence work streams and onboarding of new managers (including administrative, operational, and legal documentation).
- Ad-hoc projects and various initiatives as required

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Required min. 1- 3 years' investment performance monitoring and reporting experience
- Required min. 1-3 years' experience with treasury management & reconciling investment accounts
- CFA or CAIA, completed or working towards, preferred
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Mathematics or Economics is required
- You are passionate for investments, you have a high level of attention to detail, you are analytical and have the ability to work independently to complete tasks with specific deadlines.
