We are looking for an energetic and passionate, gardening enthusiast who is obsessed with providing amazing customer service and enjoys sharing their knowledge with others

This is a F/T position 32-40 hours per week with weekend availability required.

**Overview of role**:

- Building sales and supporting the GARDENWORKS Brand by providing outstanding service to our guests
- Sharing your gardening knowledge - informing guests about care & maintenance, asking questions to assist in solving their gardening concerns
- Supporting training in product knowledge, product features and benefits, and in recommendations to meet our guests needs and inquiries
- Inventory management - receiving, pricing, and product maintenance

**Is this you?**
- A strong passion for providing an outstanding & memorable guest experience.
- A strong understanding of soils, fertilizers & garden remedies (pest ID)
- 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays as seasonal peaks require.
- This job requires extended periods of walking and standing, the ability to perform regular lifting, as week as exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Forklift certification or willingness to go through our in-house training program
