**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join and contribute to a company undergoing significant growth. As a valued member of the Marketing team, you will immediately be called upon to work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to support the development of our company websites. You will also use your knowledge and experience to develop a strategic digital marketing plan that aligns with the overall Marcom strategy to drive business growth, awareness, and engagement. As an SEO and SEM guru, you’ll manage effective paid digital advertising campaigns and keep on top of reporting and analytics to drive results for the business. You will also manage our social media presence to drive awareness and engagement. This role is perfect for an ambitious, analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented person who is ready to take on exciting new challenges. *Experience working in a similar role within the real estate industry is a huge asset.
**What You’ll be Doing**
- Pay-per-click (PPC) ads - Develop a paid advertising strategy leveraging data, competitive insights, keywords and content to ensure effective ad spend and positive ROI.
- Inbound marketing - Optimize the company’s websites leveraging proven tools, SEO best practices, content, and data-based insights to attract, engage and convert visitors. Work with technical 3rd parties, web developers and web designers to ensure the effective build and ongoing development of websites on time and within budget. Also, plan and execute SEM campaign optimization strategies.
- Analytics and reporting - Continuously analyze websites, social media and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement to maximize results and inform future plans. Also, assess the success of each channel to ensure they’re working cohesively with one another.
- Research - Learn about our target audiences, their wants and priorities to ensure consistent and high-quality digital experiences. Stay on top of competitor activities and industry trends.
- Budget - Plan and effectively manage digital marketing budget
- Organize and manage all digital assets
**What You Need**
- 5+ years digital marketing experience.
- Google AdWords Certification is an asset.
- Proficiency in HTML, web design and development, and video editing (i.e., Adobe Premier) an asset.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with social media marketing platforms and associated best practices (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital media planning and web-based marketing used to increase awareness, generate leads and revenue, and increase conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Strong communication, writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
- Must be able to work both independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and balance a high volume of work; deliver programs on a timely basis in a deadline-oriented environment.
