**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Registration (regulated health professional in Ontario) with a professional college that authorizes the practice of psychotherapy;
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or in a related field;
- Ability to demonstrate competency in psychotherapy through formal education and psychotherapy training that includes instructional, theoretical, and supervised practical components;
- Significant clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, chronic pain, trauma, and substance use, using evidence based approaches;
- Experience in crisis management (i.e., risk assessment, safety planning);
- A minimum of two years’ experience providing delivering psychotherapy within an interprofessional health care team;
- Experience delivering psychotherapy within a supervisory model;
- Experience working with WSIB or other third-parties’ payors;
- Strong report writing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French
- and English-speaking clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in adult rehabilitation.
