**Remote Individual and Couples Psychotherapist**

Resolvve is a student-focused (high school and university) online therapy platform with comprehensive mental health education, for both therapists and clients alike.

We are looking to hire psychotherapists, with ADHD and OCD training, who have experience providing integrative support for students struggling with mental health and academic-related concerns (executive function struggles, ADHD). We also highly value those who can work with caregivers and provide coaching for those supporting our students. Lastly, we are seeking a therapist who has experience in working in couples therapy, using Gottman and EFT approaches.

You will work closely with high school and university students, as well as adults of all ages, integrating ADHD/executive function support into the work of therapy, which we believe is necessary to provide adequate support.

Through our platform, you will have worksheets, training modules, and a plethora of tools to share and review with clients, creating the opportunity for a shared language. We will also provide you an account on Jane.app, a highly secure client management system for all professional needs. We also believe in creating opportunities for our therapists to consult with each other through peer/professional support.

Individual and group psychotherapy are available through Resolvve.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing effective individual psychotherapy and academic/executive function coaching for students and doing parent coaching.
- Providing comprehensive OCD and ADHD therapy, for people of all ages
- Providing couples therapy, using the Gottman and EFT methods as a base.
- Use a holistic assessment, which pays attention and values the experience and difficulties of student life
- Diligent case conceptualization and intervention plans
- Create realistic goals for therapy that can help improve student quality of life
- Integrate our mental health education training into therapy to help clients develop mental health literacy, in both individuals and in groups

Qualifications and skills
- Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Masters of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent (please contact us if you are out of province or country).
- 2+ years of counseling-related experience, preferably with students
- ADHD, OCD training and couples training
- Ability to integrate academic coaching into therapy
- Experience group therapy and/or psychoeducation groups for mental health
- Specific training in the following modules is an asset:

Pay
- Individual therapy $75 an hour and couples therapy $125 an hour

Opportunities to do group therapy, lead workshops and run programs, all for the same compensation
