**Your Role with Us**

Are you a dedicated and passionate Licensed Psychotherapist looking to make a positive impact? We’d love to have you on our team As a valued member of Lacasse Counselling, you will:

- Conduct Intake Assessments: Welcome clients and perform comprehensive intake assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide Psychotherapy Services: Offer psychotherapy for a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, stress, and relationship issues, using a client-centered and psychodynamic approach.
- Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of client sessions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work alongside other caring professionals and refer clients to trusted community resources when needed.
- Uphold Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards as guided by your regulatory college and our practice’s values.
- Flexible Client Contact Hours: Commit to providing at least 15 hours of direct client contact each week.
- Adaptable Session Formats: Offer sessions both in-office and online, catering to each client’s comfort and preference.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in our supportive environment, you should have:

- Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensure & Registration: Registration with a relevant regulatory body such as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) with full RP or Qualifying status.
- Experience: At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals or couples.

Skills & Qualities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport.
- Strong conceptualization abilities and a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Professional liability insurance coverage.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a wonderful asset, reflecting our diverse client base.
