**In this role, you will**:

- Obtains Technical Audit and sends to appropriate Minto associates & to appropriate vendors for action
- Updates Tarion CE PATS every 3 months
- Controller of the audit and deficiencies within the area guidelines
- MPDI for elevators
- MPDI for common elements
- Bi-monthly condo report sent to supervisor(s)
- Develops processes for the tech audit, Tarion registration/renewal
- Coordinates with Tarion administrator for the GTA
- Obtains new condo Tarion registrations and renews existing ones
- Prepares Interim Management contracts for new condominiums and contracts after registration
- Is the liaison between Minto and the third-party property management companies
- Forecasting expenses monthly
- Develop new condo budgets & rules
- Ensures Turnover meeting elects a board and that all documents are turned over
- Monthly budget update on Newstar with expenses for all condos
- Operates within the technical audit budget for each condo
- Maintains a healthy relationship with vendors, Minto associates, and customers
- Sets high standards, establishes accountabilities, and measures performance consistent with Minto’s Values
- Ensures all parties adhere to health and safety standards and promote a healthy and safe work environment
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management

**We would like you to have**:

- College Diploma is required (Condominium Management or an equivalent combination of building management and experience in administration or hospitality). RCM designation is an asset.
- Minimum ten (10) year’s progressive relevant experience in real estate management, service environment, and related industries.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
