About the Role As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing a portfolio of high-rise condominium projects, ensuring execution excellence from conception through completion. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will manage multiple projects and project teams, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and consistent performance standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to your teams, and a driver of project success across budgets, timelines, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple project teams, ensuring schedules, budgets, and profitability targets are met. Drive the seamless transition from pre-construction through execution, ensuring project requirements are thoroughly addressed. Collaborate with executive leadership to build and assign the right project teams and foster a culture of accountability. Manage financial performance across projects, including budgets, cost control systems, and forecasting. Resolve escalated contractual issues and maintain strong compliance with contractual obligations. Facilitate regular project management meetings to enhance performance, collaboration, and alignment with company policies. Oversee consistency in forecasting, cost reporting, documentation, and project execution plans. Lead and mentor Project Managers, enforcing high standards for onboarding, training, and process consistency. Direct the tendering and RFP process, ensuring timely and competitive results. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, designers, and subcontractors, serving as the point of escalation for client issues. Ensure workforce planning aligns projects with the right people and skills, while actively engaging in recruiting and talent development. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all assigned projects. Required Qualifications Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in high-rise residential or ICI construction. Strong technical expertise in contracts, specifications, building materials, constructability, quality management, risk management, scheduling, and cost control. Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and deliver projects on time and on budget. Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering in fast-paced environments. Experience developing teams, attracting top talent, and mentoring future leaders. Desired Qualifications Professional certifications such as PMP or Gold Seal Certification. Field construction experience. Experience working with Procore, Jonas, or Microsoft SharePoint. Demonstrated ability to thrive within large, dynamic, multidisciplinary teams. A willingness to embrace challenges and “do what it takes” to ensure project success.
