You are welcomed to contact us if you:

- Have a valid sub mortgage broker license in BC;
- Have connections to real estate professionals, investors, operators, developers and builders, as well as business owners;
- Have solid knowledge about commercial real estate market and business operation;
- Have skills in financial analysis, such as financial statements analysis and financial projection;
- Have additional language skills to service clients in their languages;
- Put Clients first, follow rules and regulations;
- Work Independently, handle objections comfortably, set and exceed targets.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
