The Role As a Mortgage Broker, your responsibility is to convert opportunity into funded deals. You will Qualify and advise clients on mortgage solutions aligned with their financial goals Navigate A, B, and private lending options Manage your pipeline from first contact to funding Build long‑term client relationships and referral momentum Work closely with lenders while maintaining regulatory compliance Who We Are Looking For Proven sales experience in competitive, commission‑based environments Preference for automotive sales professionals and real estate brokers Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to diagnose client needs and sell outcomes, not products Mortgage licensing in Canada or willingness to obtain it quickly Mortgage or financial services experience is an asset, not a requirement If you are driven by results, accountability, and income tied directly to performance, this role will reward you.
