**Position Title**: Office Administrator / Survey Coordinator

**Duration**:Full Time Monday-Friday **OR** can be Jan-June and Sept-Dec with summers off

**Reporting to**: Office Manager

**What Will You Do**

The position involves office administration, data entry, survey coordination and some bookkeeping duties. If you have coding, statistical or economics background, or advanced Excel skills additional projects may be open to you. Reporting to the Office Manager, manage the day-to-day operations of the office which include but are not limited to:

- Support team members by proofreading, preparing/editing reports for publication using Microsoft Office
- Organizing, filing and disseminating information
- Handling client enquiries and scheduling
- Ensuring smooth operation of office functions (supplies, office equipment, software, mail, etc.)
- Assist with logging, tracking and data entry of economic surveys at certain times of the year
- Data entry Jan-June
- If you have coding experience, assist with coding projects
- Bookkeeping tasks: account receivable, payables, and credit card reconciliations

**Ideally What You Need to Succeed**
- Ideally minimum 2+ years experience in office administration; or a recent university or college graduate with a strong work ethic and stellar attitude
- A good understanding of Excel: spreadsheets, creating graphs and tables, etc.
- A whiz at navigating the Microsoft Office suite of products and its cloud-based file management system (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint etc.)
- Proficiency in data editing, data entry, and data base management.
- An aptitude to learn new software and trouble shoot tech issues.
- Has a friendly demeanor, stellar client service, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with you own car and willingness to travel periodically
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently and with minimum supervision to meet deadlines, perform multiple tasks and to respect confidentiality.
- You must be in easy driving distance to our office.
