As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on a dedicated and experienced **Site Superintendent** to oversee day-to-day site operations and help ensure the successful and timely delivery of our projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a hands-on environment, and understands the high standards expected on a luxury custom build.

**Objective**

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of site activity and ensuring construction is completed on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The role involves coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting site issues, and maintaining daily progress reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction operations for custom infill homes
- Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensure work is executed according to architectural plans, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct regular quality checks and enforce high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain and update construction schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions on site
- Maintain site safety in accordance with OH&S regulations and company policy
- Coordinate site inspections, deliveries, and material handling
- Communicate with the Project Manager to provide regular updates and flag concerns
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, photos, and deficiency lists

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Site Lead in residential construction (custom or infill preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes in Alberta
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality homes on time
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and own reliable transportation
- First Aid and CSTS safety training considered an asset

**Preferred Skills**
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades on a tight schedule
- Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction software is an asset

**What We Offer**
