**Duties**
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage orders, payments, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in bartending duties when necessary, ensuring adherence to beverage service standards.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
- Background in hotel or hospitality management is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
