**Overview**

**Duties**

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively to manage orders, payments, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in bartending duties when necessary, ensuring adherence to beverage service standards.

**Experience**

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
  • Background in hotel or hospitality management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
