Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Location: Barrie, Ontario Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Assistant Manager, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency. Contributing to the development of Assistant Managers and Supervisors. Supervising all front‑of‑house leadership areas to ensure success. Managing the financials on a daily and weekly basis. Ensuring a spotless environment. Responsible for building strong teams and teaching people the knowledge. Working during the peak sales periods ensuring the hospitality experience as the face of the business with the guest. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: Over 1‑3 years of leadership experience in a full‑service restaurant or bar.
