**Job Summary**

This is a position provides support for inventory and procurement processes for 5 warehouses across Canada. Monitoring inventory levels and process across all business while meeting all service level expectations. Billing and Finance duties along with data management and reporting.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assist in Inventory activities across all business lines
- Prepare and process purchase orders for replenishment of inventory
- File reports about lost, missing or damaged items.
- Investigate discrepancies
- Perform records management functions associated with inventory tracking and re-ordering.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory in ERP system (SAP)
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Facilitate cycle counts across warehouses
- Billing Reconciliation
- Prepare Sales Orders
- Provide support to Finance

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years in similar role
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and SAP.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and desire to work in a challenging, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Aptitude for problem solving
