We are currently seeking those interested in an **Receptionist/Administrative Assistant **position at **Complete Windows and Doors Ltd.** to support management teams. In this role, you will be responsible but not limited to assigned administrative projects, maintain schedules and trackers, perform billing functions, and provide additional administrative support as required to the project team.

**Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Permanent part-time. 3 days a week 9AM - 5PM.**
**Wage to be determined based on experience.**

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Must be able to reliably get to and from the office
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barrie, ON L4N 8Z5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
