**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Develop financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial feasibility.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends and patterns in financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Conduct industry research and benchmarking to support financial analysis.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
