Job Overview:

We are committed to delivering high quality services to our clients and treating them as extended family as well This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an effective communication with technicians and customers, to coordinate efficiently.
- Prioritize emergency call outs.
- Coordinate with technicians & customers on timeline throughout the day.
- Act as a communicator between the customers and technicians.
- Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
- Relay details from customers and technicians to ensure quality service is provided to clients.
- Respond to customers requests and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage and Book Permits and Inspections booked through the city websites advise technician of eta for inspection and when permits are approved.
- Input BSI (backflow)Testing through BSI
- Manage the technicians/the hours on work orders, cross check with ADP.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with plumbing terminology and processes.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for this role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working at a plumbing company is considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
